The River District is set on over 4 miles of Spokane River frontage. Patterned after classic American small towns, River District is composed of several smaller scaled villages. Each has its own unique character and parks are never farther away than a five-minute walk.

At the center of it all will be the River District “Town Center”, an urban style mixed use village, located adjacent to the Spokane River and Centennial Trail that will provide residents with the convenience of shopping, dining and entertainment in their own village.

Inside each neighborhood in River District, you'll find a diversity of homes and lifestyle opportunities encompassing a mix of single-family detached and attached homes, town homes and apartments with distinctive architectural styles.

The River District is located in the heart of Liberty Lake conveniently located between Coeur d’Alene and Spokane.

Driving Directions I-90 to Liberty Lake Exit. Coming from Coeur d'Alene or Post Falls you will just go straight at the end of the Exit ramp on Mission. Coming from Spokane you will make a left on Liberty Lake Drive from the Exit ramp and go across the interstate and make a left onto Mission. Follow Mission about a mile and a half and you will see River District on the right side. Follow the signs to the model home.
