Eagle Ridge

Nature Surrounds You

Eagle Ridge is located in south Spokane, Washington, 4.4 miles from downtown. Eagle Ridge provides access to all the city offers yet is still close to nature. It is a community that has a true hometown feel where neighbors become friends, and where friends become family.

All through the Eagle Ridge community you’ll find parks and over 160 acres of forested common space. The neighborhoods and parks in the Eagle Ridge community are all connected by over five miles of greenbelt paved walking trails. Central in the community is the 5.8 acre Whispering Pines Park with its amphitheatre, rock climbing wall, putting green, swing set, the Monkey Mansion Tree House, sandpit, and a multi-purpose sports court. In summer, the Eagle Ridge spray park is the place for kids to play and cool off from the sun. The community also has its very own 9-hole golf short course. For those who appreciate the outdoors, Eagle Ridge has it all.
