Master Plan Update
After several months of work with our design team, the Master Plan for the development of the Kendall Yards project has been updated. The Illustrative Master Plan achieves the goals we established for sustainable environmental design, walk-ability, open spaces and affordability. Click here to view the master plan.
The Kendall Yards PUD was approved by the city in 2006. The updated plan, which reduces density and building massing and scale, is being submitted to the City Hearing Examiner for review as a “minor amendment” to the approved PUD.
