Design Center

The state-of-the art Greenstone Design Center allows you to personalize your new home's exterior and interior to truly make your new home a reflection of you. After all, that's the fun and excitement about buying a new home. Greenstone's Design Center is the most comprehensive builder-owned design studio in the area.

Displays in the Design Center showcase sample rooms displaying options in paint, lighting, plumbing fixtures, flooring and carpet, cabinets and tile. At the Design Center you can touch and see the items you are selecting for your new home first hand.

The construction stage of your new home will determine if a visit to our Design center is necessary. If your home is a pre-sale, an appointment at the Design Center will be scheduled within two weeks of signing your purchase agreement.

The Design Center has an open house on Fridays from 9am-4pm or by appointment.

To get to the Greenstone Design Center coming from I-90 turn left at Harvard and go over the Interstate, turn left at Appleway. Coming from Spokane go straight on Appleway at the light. Follow Appleway about .3 miles. Turn right onto Meadowwood Lane.
