Meet some of our Team Members:
Isaiah Estes, Purchasing Manager
Isaiah Estes has been working for Greenstone for 6 years and currently serves as our Purchasing Manager. He, along with the other members of his team, works to ensure our customers have a large selection of great products at the best prices so their homes will fulfill all their needs.
Isaiah’s favorite part of working for Greenstone is having the opportunity to create communities that offer homes, activities and spaces for everyone. He is dedicated to Greenstone’s mission of ensuring our communities have long lasting value so they will be around and enjoyed for many years to come.
When Isaiah isn’t working he enjoys spending time with his family, camping and playing basketball. One day Isaiah hopes to be an actor and star in movies. In the mean time he uses his acting talents to entertain everyone around the office.
John Scandalis, VP of Construction:
John Scandalis has had a very diverse background in home construction. His grandfather was a carpenter and John's career started as a young boy picking up around the job-sight. As a young man he worked summers and weekends framing homes and doing finish carpentry. By the end of the 70's he was running his own framing crew, short platted his first project, and built his first home in Issaquah, WA.
During the 80's, John worked for "Olympic Custom Construction", building custom homes
ranging from the most sophisticated contemporary, to the grandest of traditional custom homes.
Toward the end of the 80's John joined Murray Franklin, a large residential construction company, where he developed an extensive background in production building, overseeing 27 superintendents and 500 to 700 homes a year.
After 9 years John parted ways with Murray Franklin. He then joined Greenstone Corporation as John Scandalis Home's, which soon became Greenstone Homes. In the first couple of years John built a handful of homes, but has since, successfully directed the building of thousands of homes. He believes Greenstone is set apart by its vision, dedication and a commitment to building homes and communities of lasting value. John is proud to be with this team and we are happy to have him. He is a leader, teacher and mentor. He loves what he does everyday, and it shows.
