Our newest community, Mead Works, is a 300+ Acre project located south and east of the intersection of Farwell Road and the Newport Highway (SR 2). The name reflects our intent to create an urban mixed-use neighborhood with a pedestrian focus, extensive trails and open space. This community will be a walkable mixed-use neighborhood with a combination of office, retail and residential uses, including single family, multi-family and 55+ housing. A significant portion of the project will be dedicated to parks and open spaces, including an inter-connected pedestrian system, and is expected to be home to approximately 1,400 living units.
