PICK YOUR HOME SITE
Greenstone offers home sites for custom homes in our communities throughout the Spokane and Coeur d'Alene area. We also build on your property. We've built homes throughout the greater Spokane area and in North Idaho.

CHOOSE YOUR HOME PLAN
Greenstone has many home plans to choose from, all of which can be customized by our in-house design team to fit your lifestyle. If you are already working with an architect or have a plan you like we can build that too.

The style you choose, whether craftsman or contemporary, will affect many decisions that go into your home. We guide you through those decisions if you have yet to choose a plan, and we can work with your style as the home is developed.

VISIT OUR DESIGN CENTER
After picking your home plan, you will need to choose construction preferences, exterior details, and interior features.Visit our Design Center to make your basic selections. You'll also work with our hand picked suppliers to choose customized features of your new home.

CONSTRUCTION
We oversee the construction of your new home, ensuring that high quality is upheld in all of the details from excavation to finish carpentry. We also ensure that construction is completed on schedule and on budget.

AFTER CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT
You will be provided with a warranty book covering all your new appliances, carpets, materials, electronics, and paint. Our warranty doesn't just exist on paper, we offer you personalized customer service after you move in. Even with the home completed and the keys are in your possession you can still turn to us with questions or problems you might have.
