For 35 years, it has been Greenstone’s mission to provide enriched living and lasting value to our customers and neighbors. In doing so, we have created communities that provide everyone access to pedestrian systems that allow time to be spent outside in a safe environment. We have built homes that have large front patios that allow neighbors to interact from a safe distance. We are most proud of the support we see between neighbors and family members within our communities as we maneuver through this tough time together.

Greenstone takes the health and safety of our team members and customers very seriously and are following the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and state/local health authorities. As of March 25, 2020, almost 90% of our staff has been working from home and will continue to do so until the “Stay at Home” order is lifted. To help flatten the curve, we have closed our Office, Design Studio and all Model Homes. Below are the options we have put in place to let you safely communicate with our staff and view homes:

• Visit our website at www.greenstonehomes.com to discover the Design Studio and view photos, 3D videos, and interactive floor plans of all the home plans we offer in each of our communities.

• Schedule a virtual appointment with one of our agents to get any of your questions answered about building a Greenstone home.  Please call or email us ahead of time to schedule a virtual or phone appointment.

• We have placed a secure drop box for people to drop off HOA payments outside our office at 1421 N. Meadowwood Lane, Ste. 200, Liberty Lake, WA 99019.

From a construction standpoint, we continue to follow the orders outlined by both the Washington and Idaho State Governors. The construction guidelines continue to change on a regular basis and we are monitoring these changes and updating our safety and construction practices as needed.
